- Research, diagnose, record, and respond to indirect Customer issues with accurate solutions or descriptions
- Respond to customer assistance request in writing
- Reproduce and document customer bugs for the development team
- Interact daily with Level 1 support in direct contact with clients (in Switzerland, Spain and France)
- Interact and coordinate with Level 3 support (in Vietnam's office development team)
- Work closely with Customer Success managers to maintain customer satisfaction
Your Skills and Experience:
- SQL Knowledge or data analysis/reporting skills
- Fluent English
- Attention to detail
- Customer orientation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Previous support experience (customer or technical support)
Strong Plus
- Fluent French or German
- Coding skills/experience particularly in Java or C#
