- Translating in meetings with customer;
- Translating emails exchanging in during Project development;
- Translating all documents required (designs, coding comments, test specification, delivered documents…);
- Joining in internal meetings with project team if requested;
- Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular close contact account management which will include regular face to face meetings, telephone and email communication;
- Responding to requests from the Delivery Manager in an efficient and timely manner.
- Bachelor degree;
- Japanese capacity is equivalent to 3-kyu or above;
- Good at English (writing, reading) and interested in working at a professional environment using both English and Japanese;
- 2+ years of working as a Japanese Communicator in software offshoring projects with Japanese customers;
- High sense of responsibility at work, respect for the spirit of teamwork;
- Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill;
- Have a proactive, can do attitude.
