* Main tasks and activities:
In partnership with the C-level, you will provide the Human Resources leadership and strategic direction including creating and implementing best practices that support the company strategy.
The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, training & development, performance management, employee relation and engagement.
1. Recruitment
- Manage, coordinate the whole recruitment and selection process
- Lead the candidate evaluation, with team leaders for skills evaluation
- Evaluate new employee performance and integration during probation.
2. Training & Development
- Establish, implement Human Resources and Training guidelines, policies, and procedures in compliance with corporate direction.
- Define and conduct the onboarding program for new employees
- Manage the brand integration and training strategy that brings efficiency to employee performance.
- Provide coaching to the employees to unleash their potential to achieve the highest performance.
3. Performance Management
- Establish and manage the performance evaluation process.
- Be an inspiration to all staff to achieve levels of performance.
4. Compensation and Benefits
- Establish the pay scales that align market rate and employee competency
- Manage all the activities of compensation and benefits: payroll, insurance, labor contracts, etc….
- Ensure all legal HR compliance & reports in collaboration with local authorities are conducted in a timely manner
5. Employee Relation and Engagement
- Manage the employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Play the moderator role to solve any conflicts or miscommunication issues
- Organize team building activities that contribute to the employee engagement
6. HR process and policy
- Define and implement all HR related corporate rules: Internal rules and regulations, HR policies
7. Others
- Manage and execute all documentation procedures for expatriates: work permit, visa, resident card, etc.
* Reporting line:
Report to the Development Center Director
- Minimum of 3 years Human Resources Manager experience, in the Digital or IT industry with a focus on recruitment and training & development.
- A strong understanding of Vietnam labor market and recruitment best practices.
- Native in Vietnamese and Good English skills, French is a plus.
- Ability to develop team members.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative.
- Proficient computer skills (Word, Spreadsheet, and Presentation software).
- Possess an HR mindset: human-oriented and passionate in developing people’s potentiality
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Experience in Digital or IT industry is an advantage
