Acting as the first contact point for customers, help them solve technical issues with their different software solutions
Manage the expectations of customers as you work closely with our client’s IT system administrators and IT deployment engineers while keeping communications open until resolution
Identify and escalate situations that require urgent attention, understand the business impact and priorities

University/college degree in IT
Deep knowledge of computing devices (smart phones, tablets, laptops, PCs, etc)
Knowledge of Windows application usage (Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc)
Knowledge of email (Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, and AOL)
