VinTech was established in August 2018, operating with the management model of holdings including many technology companies below, research institutes and creative labs.

VinTech's mission is to promote Vietnam's technology development through:

- Promote research and technology development through research institutes
- Create a complete entrepreneurial ecosystem under the guidance of VinTech City.
