• Support our clients in Asia Pacific region on their daily eCommerce operational tasks such as: monitoring orders, stocks and price; setting up promotions; updating website content; etc.
• Coordinate with local teams and regional team in Singapore to report and address issues if there is any.
• Follow up system related preparation for promotional campaigns and new product launches.
• Provide explanation, recommendation from functional perspective when business users need advice.
• Play Business Analyst role for eCommerce sub projects such as: Trade in, Installment, etc.
• Hands on experience with SAP hybris eCommerce solution either in development or in operation.
• Understanding of end to end eCommerce business
• Experienced with system integration, especially on hybris – ERP/Payment gateway.
• Having SAP ERP experience is a big plus
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Technology or related fields.
• Good communication skills (English).
