Provide Tuning support to Qualcomm OEMs, actively interface with customer engineering team to resolve the issues.
Responsible for camera image quality tuning on various image sensors on Qualcomm ISP platforms. Responsible for ongoing evaluation, benchmarking and characterization of OEM devices.
To evaluate the image quality from time to time to achieve the best and consistent image quality to fulfil customer requirement Good team player with multi-functional engineering teams from ISP Architect, Camera software, on debugging and fixing system issues.
1-4 years working experience in relevant ISP Tuning, algorithms and Image sensor operation.
Understanding of each stage in a camera image processing pipeline including auto exposure, auto white-balance, autofocus, demosaic, scaling, noise reduction, etc.
Good knowledge of image noise models, local tone mapping, multi-image fusion and color calibration
Passion for developing the best imaging system possible and getting the most from existing systems
Programming skills in C and C++
Good English Communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiar with camera sensor technologies, camera solutions on Android or other Mobile OS is a plus.
