Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support end users on the utilization of Network communication and mail system, LAN, PC, and Application server. Installs Hardware/Software for standalone PC, etc.
- Act as IT helpdesk and IT Fixed Asset management; resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Provide level 1 support for SAP, DMS & relating systems
- Maintain and setup for laptops/desktops, business applications, in-house solutions, networked printers, file servers, websites, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- College/ Bachelor Degree, major in Information Technology
- At least 2 years in network communication and technical support
- Good background in PC hardware and software
- Fluent in English
