- Analyze recruitment requests and propose appropriate recruitment plans.
- Attract qualified candidates and build talent pool through job posting, networking, headhunting, etc
- Screen and shortlist candidates according to job requirements
- Organize assessments and interviews
- Prepare recruitment report
- Participate in building process, database, tools for recruitment purpose
- Collect and analyze labor market information in order to counsel department head related to recruitment activities
- Take part in recruitment branding activities (Job fairs, university sponsor events,..)
- Other tasks assigned by line manager
- At least 3 years of experience in a recruitment position, experience in recruiting technical/non technical position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and English
- Strong analytics skills
- Strong interpersonal skills (teamwork, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution)
- Progressive and able to work under pressure
- Eager to learn and willing to accept new challenges
