● Branding company recruiting information on social media platform
● Taking care of the company profile on recruiting websites/forums/etc.
● Generate pipeline of candidates by actively searching for qualified ones via social platforms
2. Recruiting
● Monitor and analyze the job market
● Manage full life-cycle recruiting
● Providing pre-boarding and on-boarding process for newcomers
● Planning for recruitment activities
● Providing recruiting reports to Office Manager
3. Administrating
● Assisting on others internal processes
● Supporting the team on office-related tasks
● Others assignment by Office Manager
● At least 5 years of experience in relevant position, with at least 3 years of experience in the IT industry
● Able to identify and select resumes of potential candidates for various vacancies
● Experience using current recruitment and social media tools
● Proven track record of successful placements
● Experience working with internal databases
● Drive for results, extremely organized with the ability to manage deadlines
● Strong written, presentation/verbal, and negotiation skills
● Upper - Intermediate in English
● Strong work ethic and attitude
