Job Summary
• Provide technical expertise and judgments to support IT Infrastructure solutions (Platform/Virtualization/Cloud) that support complex business needs in accordance to ITSM/ITIL process (Incident and Problem Change Management)
• To Package/Remediation of provision Software for deploying Customer’s Workstation
• To provide and maintain Application Lifecycle for a list for provisioning Software on Workstation (Windows/Mac OS)
• To provide remotely support to End User customer and resolve any technical issues which may occur within agreed contractual service levels
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 1 years’ experience within IT Operations, infrastructure services support (Systems and Network management), operations monitoring and end-user support.
• Basic Knowledge about Networking as DHCP, IP Routing, Troubleshoot, Subnets…
• Understand about Windows 10, Window Server 2012/2016 OS Hardening
• Understanding about Window Registry
• Troubleshooting experience in Windows 10 and Software Deployment
• 0-1 Years’ Experience with PowerShell Scripting
• Knowledge with Application Deployment tools such as SCCM, Workspace One, AirWatch, Intune or any similar
• 0-1 Years’ Experience in any Cloud Platform such as Azure/AWS/Google Cloud or Alibaba
• Ability to work well as part of global team in a fast-paced environment.
• Have knowledge about ITIL Framework or similar
• Have knowledge with any Ticket Management system such as ServiceNow, ServiceDesk Plus, Remedy…
• Demonstrates good judgment, ability to evaluate short and long-term impact, and confidence to select and execute decision when required and take full responsibility for end results.
• Preferably with 6 months of IT knowledge/Windows Server systems administration experience in enterprise environment
• Good communication and customer service skills and the ability and desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Able to work on 24X7 shift rotation
• Good of spoken and written English.

• Must be a Service and Customer orientated team player.
• Flexible, self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure in an international and culturally diverse organization.
• Must possess the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
• Good motivational skills plus verbal and written communication skills, strong command of English Language.
• Basic knowledge of the following technologies such as Wintel, UNIX, Virtualization, Cloud.
• Experience in any data center environment support is an advantage.
CERTIFICATES IF ANY:
• Advantage with professional certification – MCP, MCSA, CCNA.
• Any Cloud Platform Certification
