I. SUMMARY:
We are looking for a talented, results-oriented Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Lead to join our growing team. You will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in putting in place tools and technology to enable the Data department to achieve scalable growth. You will be working with other teams to optimize the business while encouraging a data driven work culture within the department.
II. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be responsible for the overall usability of POPS business intelligence system across all business domains, BUs, verticals, platforms and regions.
- Be responsible for driving data practice adoption across POPS enterprise through development of self-service capabilities, user adoption of enterprise business intelligence portal and other form of data services
- To help POPS to have best quality in performance measurement and insight gathering from internal and external data to support business growth
- Continuously analyze, review, develop and enhance POPS business intelligence metrics by staying closely aligned with OKRs of strategic stakeholders.
- Directly supervise the business data architecture and data maturity across responsible domains
- Provide strategic insights into internal and external customer data needs.
- Driving (business) analytics inquiries through collaboration with data science practice and other external analytics stakeholders (Tech, IT, 3rd Parties …etc)
- Communicating data & analytics stories through visualization, dashboards, notebooks and necessary forms of data storytelling. Perform follow-up development on inquiries
Business Intelligence System
- Be in charge of deploying POPS Business Intelligence System to support all business users from Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia markets.
- Consult and monitor overall POPS business data architecture covering Appsflyer, Firebase, Youtube, Facebook, POPS OTT Platforms, Heap and a myriad of miscellaneous business applications data sources.
- Work closely with Data Ops Lead (Platform and Product) to maintain data pipeline and data quality practices as part of the DataOps operation.
- Work closely with Data Ops Lead (Platform and Product) to design and review new feature workflows, as well as implement data tracking for each step of the user journey footprint.
Data Analytics and Modeling
- Partner with internal business stakeholders across the organization to ensure data needs are addressed and the required data is modeled and available to power users, citizen developers and end users.
- Design, implement and maintaining different business data models for POPS Platform business
- Tracking and insights on key metrics around Content Commerce, Users Journey, Customers Retention, Churn Model, B2B and D2C workflows.
- Perform various data analytic techniques such as analytic model development, visual analytic, data visualization as part of an analytic drive team to support business decisions.
- Leverage predictive analytics and advanced modeling capabilities to identify opportunities to influence targeted actions or shift in strategies.
