Established in Tokyo from 2005, from several hundred images and 50 contributors, PIXTA has grown to be the owner of the biggest Ecommerce platform for selling & buying licensed image, video, illustrator… in Japan.
Our goal is to hire a strong and adaptive Talent Acquisition Officer who will help us in recruiting talents, promote Employer Branding and build a learning working culture.
YOUR SCOPE OF WORK:
Recruitment &EB planning (60%):
• Joining into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure a diverse set of qualified resources
• Promote Pixta’s Employer branding through offering good candidate experience, attending career fairs and increasing brand identity in social platform
• Build talent pools for future recruitment and mating lasting relationships with potential candidates to ensure hiring quantity and quality
• Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to fill up both tech and non-tech vacancies (Web Developers, AI Engineers, Scrum Master….)
• Fully utilize various channels (LinkedIn, Headhunting services, recruiting platforms…) to attract, engage candidates and convert them into applicant
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, determine selection criteria for candidates.
Learning & Development (40%):
• Conduct essential surveys and make plan for L&D activities based on the business goals and employee’s needs
• Coordinate with teams to implement activities in the effort to build an active learning environment and increase employee working efficiency
• Follow up to measure the effectiveness of L&D programs
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The best fit candidate will have:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• +1 years of experience in recruitment field (prefer hi-tech industry) from sourcing to onboarding with strong interviewing and candidate evaluating capabilities
• Experience in organizing L&D activities is advantageous
• Have good English proficiency, especially writing and speaking to draft plans, conduct interviews and monthly report to CEO
• Possess both recruitment and marketing mindset to drive talent acquisition activities toward fast changing technology industry
• Be good at communication, networking, negotiation skills
• Be self-motivated and self-learning

• Salary: 500$ – 1000$
• Performance review: twice per year & bonus up to 2 months salary end of year

Today our library includes over 14 million images from over 170,000 contributors.
PIXTA is sourced by diverse contributors such as stock photo agencies, professional photographers / illustrators / videographers and highly qualified amateur creators.
PIXTA’s images are used for various kinds of professional creative projects such as advertisements, Web design, publications and TV programs.
Many of our customers are designers, web directors, publishers or other creative professionals.Stock images enable them to achieve highly qualified and effective visuals while saving a lot of time and money.
