Overview of job

Operational tasks:

• Responsible for the first layer support for on-premise products
• Take part in upgrading software versions (planned deployments)
• Responsible for handling common issues
• Closely monitor the systems to detect problems early and follow the customers’ issue handling procedure
• Take part in debugging, troubleshooting to find out the root cause

Developmental tasks:

• Accompany team to build solutions to resolve pain points related to products (improving performance, fixing bugs, patching CVE, improving existing stacks related to monitoring, logging, orchestration,...)
• Build CI/CD flows
• Build & maintain dev/test environments in multiple clouds from crash
• Take part in system design, testing and evaluating the new technologies
