- The job holder responsible for build TCB’s transformation enterprise architecture that provides a unified single architecture vision, aligns prioritization tasks from strategy to execution and develops a ‘lean’ method for fast of learning and growth.
- The job holder responsible for manage TCBs Business Capability Architecture Blueprint (BCA), Capability Prioritization and Business Architecture Plan (BAP), ensure alignment with BAP via Jira
Enterprise Modelling
- Capture all business needs such as purpose, vision, mission, capabilities, business goals, scope, process, functional needs, success factors and other business technical requirements to describe the Bank’s future business architecture
- Consult the logic for business processes to support the integration and standardization requirements of the Bank’s operating model
- Identify dependencies to the achievement of business strategies/goals, analyze gaps and coordinate with project management teams for executive project planning.
- Assist to establish principles for transformation and document the transition architectures, dependencies, risks, work breakdown, skills and resources and roadmap of deliverables
Architecture
-Take part in the Business Capability Architecture blueprint development for all the subsidiary companies
-Partner with PMO and the Business to develop implementation roadmaps
-Take accountability on the on-going maintenance (both change management process and periodic maturity update) of the Business Capability Architecture Blueprints
-Provide advisory services to Business and IT on solution framing, scoping, operating model design and process development
- Responsible to ensure that solution design fits with existing or planned architecture and solutions are designed in alignment with business strategy and appropriate best practice, standards and methodologies
- Contribute to the design of future business capability architecture, and the implementation of roadmaps to enable capability development and service delivery
- Identify opportunities for reuse and extensibility balanced against complexity, cost and timelines.
Stakeholder Management
-Proactively provide updates and recommendations to stakeholders on BCA and product development progress
-Communicate with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment of overall strategic goals, share overall transformation progress, highlight potential risks and provide debottlenecking support required.
Domain Expertise
- 7+ years of experience contributing to the design and implementation of enterprise class systems including business architecture, information architecture, application/integration architecture and software architecture design
- 5+ years of experience working in a business and/or technology consulting architect role
- Has knowledge of TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Foundation), Design Thinking, OKR, Agile DevOps
- Demonstrated ability to drive change at the enterprise level through strong influence and negotiation skills Agile / Digital Experience
- Knowledge and experience in development lifecycle methodologies like Agile, Waterfall and other business transformation approaches is preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Technology, Business, Banking and Finance or relevant discipline
- Project management certification in PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP will be advantageous
