Job description

• Manage & control key KPIs of Order Management – lead time, promise breach, delivery efficiency - identify key issues and propose actions.
• Provide analysis and areas to improve performance, business trends and suggestions to management
• Participate through End to End process building, control, troubleshooting and management of order cycle
• Support project Portfolio across Operations – Seller fulfilment, warehouse fulfilment, last mile delivery process
• Cooperate to define and execute Solutions & Planning roadmap and projects
• Interact with IT and product management to put forward all system/infrastructure problem that affect directly or indirectly the business side
• Never, Never, Never give up — Take ownership of key projects and do whatever it takes to get the job done

Job requirement

▪ Experienced Graduate with 3-5 years of experience preferably in e-commerce or management consulting
▪ Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and SQL
▪ Detail-oriented and project management skills
▪ Solid analytical and synthesis capabilities never losing focus on details
▪ Excellent command of both spoken and written English as role would require regular interaction with colleagues across multiple nationalities
▪ Display professionalism and a sense of responsibility as well as autonomy and ownership
▪ Ability to work in a team and individually under tight deadlines
▪ Possesses good business acumen and a customer mind-set
▪ Humble and willing to learn every day
▪ Should have the "I don't know how to do it, but I will learn, and get this done on time" attitude
