Job description

At Orange Logic, you will be joining a team of dedicated and talented colleagues who share in your desire to build the world's most sophisticated software in managing digital media. Orange Logic’s premium SaaS offering, CORTEX | DAM, was created to aid companies around the world in scaling up their digital operations. Our customers come from a multitude of industries and include fortune 100 companies such as Facebook, AirBnb, Boeing, BBC, United Nations.
With offices located in the United States and Europe, Orange Logic opened an location in Ho Chi Minh City. We are building a team of tech-savvy employees that will design and implement new features for our software. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Working with employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution
• Logging and keeping records of employee queries
• Analyzing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems
• Updating self-help documents so employees can try to fix problems themselves
• Testing and fixing faulty equipment
Maintenance of Active Directory
Handling any and all tickets
Resolve network issues

Job requirement

We are looking for individuals who love solving problems, is eager to grow, and thrives within a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will possess the following:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant major (Information Technology, Computer Science, etc.)
- An ability to communicate in English at an intermediate level
- 1 + years’ professional experience
- Knowledge of any ticketing system(s)
- Experience working with both Mac and Windows OS
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory
- Self-discipline and a passion for learning,
