Job description

EMOTIV is seeking a full time Office Admin in group of General & Administrative, that is coordinating office activities and operations, support company members to work efficiently & smoothly, ensure comfortable & professional working environment in the office. Supporting day-to-day activities that are related to office management, financial planning, record keeping & billing, personnel, physical distribution and logistics, within an organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Other duties as assigned by management;

Job requirement

- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management systems and procedures
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Qualifications in English will be an advantage
- Willing to work in technology environment is preferred.

General requirement
- Must be available to work occasional nights, holidays and weekends
