Job description

• To identify training needs, schedule and implement training courses and support all training activities
• To work collaboratively with different business areas (Germany, India, Singapore, Japan…) and drive learning & development forward according to business needs;
• To take responsibility for training topics assigned and assure professional service is delivered;
• To continually improve and update the processes of training and development strategies;
• To manage and liaise directly with external training service providers/vendors;
• To understand, manage and propose training effectiveness measures
• To report on training activities
• To improve quality process
• To actively participate in ad-hoc Training & Development projects across the organization;

Job requirement

• BA degree preferred, with a minimum of 12 months experience in training related, IT industry will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication both in English and Vietnamese, be able to work at all levels, well organized and detail oriented;
• Experienced at using Powerpoint and Excel
• High level of analytical skills, coupled with decision making
• Good interpersonal skills, excellent attitude, can work under high pressure, be able to prioritize workload with good time management;
• Good negotiation and conflict management skills, pro-activeness, service-excellence mind set, and positive thinking;
• Confident, high energy, enthusiastic and passionate;
• Strive for continuous improvement, developing people, team work, flexible thinking, building relationships;
• International exposure
