- Full execution of the recruitment process (including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates and team leader/supervisor) including the recruitment administration; negotiate contract term, salary with candidates; sending employment confirmation to successful candidate; etc,.
- Actively search resume on various recruitment channels to get sufficient and qualified numbers CVs for recruitment requirements.
- Screening cv, shortlist candidates for further process.
- Coordinate with team leader, director other colleagues in other sites for making an interview appointment.
- Builds applicant sources, data by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
- Manages to post job vacancies at the best performing recruitment channels (responsiveness, quality, and costs); - Draft or revise job description when assigned.
- Other duties as and when assigned by supervisor.
Competencies
• University degree, major in English, Business Administration, Commerce, HR, etc.,
• Proven 2-year experience as HR staff, major in recruitment and training; or as a recruiter in headhunter company; prefer experiences working in or for ITC field;
• Familiar with the recruitment on multimedia means of recruitment: facebook, linked in, etc.,
• Active, hardworking, enthusiastic, willing to work overtime; love contact and networking with people;
• Good at MS office;
• Excellent communication in English (always conduct the interview in English with local or foreigners).
