Job Description
You will be working in a dynamic, young and passionate team to develop the best CRM and operation system in a network of 28 countries.
With the aim of providing our students the most effective support system so they achieve their English goals, we work in short SPRINTS. This fast release cycle will enable you to tackle a large variety of business challenges and develop your skills – from CRM technologies to mobile applications and third party integration.
Responsibilities
• Work in a “FullStack” development team with a strong knowledge of the business operation
• Analyze the requirements
• Design and implement solutions
• Integrate the CRM with other systems of the company / WSE International with/without using APIs
• Communicate with end users for technical support (when necessary)
• Propose technological initiatives to enhance the customer experience and the service operation
• Document all developments
• Documents testing procedures and carry out the tests before release
• Develop team members by doing technical training when necessary
Time shift:
• 5 days per week on regular shift with possible shift on week-ends depending on workload and project delivery

Your Skills and Experience
Job Requirements
• Has a passion to build products and get feedback from end users to adjust it
• Flexible enough to work on short SPRINTS (1 to 2 weeks) with varying requirements
• Structured approach to development (clean code, delivers on time, document consistently)
• Has already worked in cross functional teams successfully
• Communicate effectively with end users
• Desire to contribute to the team by bringing additional technical expertise
• Ability to analyze, design and develop in autonomy
• Looking for an environment to learn, grow and contribute
• English: depending on candidate’s technical profile
Technical skills required
• At least 3-4 years exp. with MySQL – including stored procedures and complex SQL queries
• Strong experience in JSF 2, Prime Faces, Hibernate, Spring
• Strong knowledge about web development and CRM practices
• Previous experience with Ionic and building hybrid mobile application is a plus
• UI / UX optimization and database optimization skills is a plus
• Knowledge of datamining/statistics is a plus
