•Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup, applications, network and system issues
•Ticket handling within SLA definition
•Perform 17x7 incident and problem management tasks on diverse systems but strictly according to documented procedures.
Example:
-Perform level 1 troubleshooting, and resolution
-Escalate issues to appropriate level 2 team
-Perform incident coordination from start to end with all parties
•Generate and provide regular reporting according to predefined schedules
•Handle hotline calls, tickets from users and redirect to proper teams if required
Shift requirement:
•Flexibility in relation to the rota, available to work from Monday to Sunday
•Up to the rota, but the work is around 8 hours per day and 5 days per week (day & night shifts)

Your Skills and Experience
Education:
•Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in IT or relevant fields (preferred)
Experience:
•At least 01 years experiencing in related fields
•Basic or intermediate knowledge and system administration skills on Linux and Windows ( certificate is a plus)
•Basic or intermediate understanding of network technologies and protocols
•Basic or intermediate understanding of protocols frequently used by applications (HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SMTP, SSH, etc)
Skills:
•Basic English; good at writing (be able to communicated well via email with colleagues in Czech)
•Technically curious and having analytical skills
