Cadena is looking for a creative and hands-on UI/UX designer to revamp the designs of our HRIS products. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. 

Day-to-day you will:

• Collaborate with development team to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development team.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability).
• Build smoothly html prototypes, themes for multiple screen size: desktop, laptop, tablet, mobile phone.
