• On-call schedules are arranged by the VN team.
• 2 shifts: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
• On average, a member can do on-call 8 weekdays and 2 weekends per month.
• On-call members can WFH.
• Weekend on-call fees are paid by the company.
Work on projects to help enhance the Back-end features of our platform.
Analyze business requirements to develop solution design.
Estimate development timelines and create schedules.
Create prototypes to validate and deliver final solutions.
Conduct code reviewing, testing, and solution implementation.
Work with test engineers to identify and fix defects.
