JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Lead the technical department, plan, coordinate and organize all technical processes to ensure the smooth operations of the production
• Have to work with the entire development team, from developers to technical leads and project managers to ensure that all employees meet the technical requirements outlined for each project
• Produce periodic reports to update company’s management board on progress of operations
• Adhere to strict delivery schedule with highest quality
• When required, work with outsourcing companies or external clients to build and maintain good working relationships with clients.
• Anticipate the needs of the company according to the scalability of the business
• Liaise with other departmental heads to plan and implement action plans for improved technical operations and anticipate future needs
• Mentor and motivate a technical team to put in their best effort to improve level of performance
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of technical processes, functions and requirements.
• Liaise with HR department in recruiting process, onboarding, resources development and retention
• Liaise with team leaders to conduct bi-annual staff appraisals and assessments to determine staff training needs and resources planning

JOB REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or similar degree
• At least four years of experience in a leadership position (Manager/Executive) in IT Software development
• Must be able to perform under pressure
• Time management Skills: well versed in coordinating technical processes to ensure timely completion of projects
• Project Budgeting Skills: able to prepare and manage project operations budget to achieve set objectives
• Strong leadership, decision making and problem solving skills
• Excellent English (4 skills)
