• Conduct market research to define market penetration strategies.
• Generate and manage sales pipeline
• Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
• Manage and review internal sales process compliance
• Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
• Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
• Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
• 2++ years of experience in Sales/ Account Manager for foreign markets. Prefer candidates having experience in IT field.
• Excellent in English, equivalent to IELTS 7.0
• Strong listening and questioning skills, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Disciplined time management and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent proposal writing, project management and analytical skills.
• Able to analyze results and identify and explain any variances from targets
• Ability to follow and ensure compliance with operational processes
• Highly developed social, interpersonal and communication skills.
