Develop/maintain our web pages and systems for our Real Estate service
Communicate with colleagues across Vietnam and Japan to understand requirements, problems, expectation; to contribute ideas; to quickly share risks/issues as well as to resolve them…

5+ years of experience in software/web development
Excellent skills about Java, JavaScript; understanding Microservice is a big plus
Or others web application languages such as PHP, .NodeJS, etc... and willing to learn and switch to Java
Solid experience in Java and J2EE technologies to develop web-based applications
Strong experience with web-based technologies: Spring (Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data)
Hand-on experience of HTML/CSS , JavaScript (any framework), TypeScript
Understanding of server-side rendering and its benefits as well as use cases
Strong experience in designing API, UI/UX, DB
Ability to create or propose design at system/basic/detail level
Understanding about system architecture/framework design
Can set up a variety of development environments
Have excellent coding skill and and problem solving skill for complex issues
Mastered in data modeling and algorithm
Solid skills in designing & performing UT/Implementing test code
Good at communication (verbal, non-verbal, writing)
Can mentor or coach project members to gain certain skills or performance
Excellent at teamwork
Can proactively learn and gain necessary skills for existing or future project
Self-motivated, proactive, good at time management, self-discipline, responsible
Creative thinking and good at problem solving
