1. Take a user-centered approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
2. Identify UX problems and help create elegant solutions
3. Collaborate across design, engineering, and product teams within an Agile environment
4. Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
5. Create effective, professional UI designs
6. Participate in the design and execution of user research studies
7. Work with and contribute to organization's Design System
8. Keep up to date with modern trends and hotel industry best practices
9. Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience

• 12+ paid days off a year.
• Working from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
