Mandatory Skills:

• Have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent discipline.
• > 2 years of industry experience
• Experience working with large-scale production systems.
• Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills
• Excellent understanding of concepts and fundamentals of Core Java and computer science including:
  • multi-threading, memory management and web services.
  • Knowledge of Core Java  (1.8 onwards) and related tools.
• Hands-on and should be able to write clean code
• In-depth understanding on Design Patterns, Design Principles, Data Structures
• Working knowledge of Java, Spring, Hibernate, REST, XML, JSON, Message Queues, databases – both relational and non-relational.
• Experience with AJAX based websites, JavaScripts, JSON.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience in working bitbucket/git, Jenkins, docker, Messaging (JMS/AMQP/MQTT/Kafka), AWS\GCP,  Junit
• Good at technical English communication

Good to have skills:

• Understanding of the Apache Hadoop open-source eco-systems, tools & application areas
• Experience working with large amounts of data using Hadoop.
• Experience in BigData stack (Kafka, Spark, Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Pig, Hive, Sqoop, HBase, Cassandra etc)
• Experience with integration and / or batch frameworks
• Experience with noSQL (Cassandra/MongoDB)
• Working knowledge of Storm, Kafka, Spark
• Basic understanding of distributed systems and brokers like RabbitMQ, Kafka, Zookeeper, etc.
