Job Purpose
The job holder responsible for develope, organize and implement operational risk management for IT Division to achieve efficiency in accordance with TCB's orientation and strategy
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Management and Monitoring:
- Implement the approved unit's action plan monthly, quarterly and annually on the basis of the general orientations of the bank, the RBG and the unit.
- Collaborate with risk management involved in designing operational risk management systems / models / tools, ensuring risk control and mitigation at RBG's uints according to the orientation of the bank and RBG.
- Coordinate with risk management to develop, implement, and supervise the necessary communication and training programs on operational risk management for the staffs of RBG, as well as for the staff of Risk management and compliance.
Key Accountabilities (2)
2. Operational Risk Management:
- Implement and monitor the operational risk management according to periodic plans for in charged departments and units in the division, in accordance with TCB's orientation of operational risk management.
- Actively identify risks and coordinate with related units to propose measures to prevent and minimize risks in the operations of the divison as well as the bank.
- Ensure that all IT Division fulfilled their commitments to service quality, compliance with the Bank's regulations and policies and control operational risks within the allocated limit.
Key Accountabilities (3)
3. Human resource management:
- Participate fully in registered training courses, complete the planning and implementation of annual PDP (Personal Development Plan).
- Continuously and proactively improve professional knowledge and skills
4. Organizational cultural work:
- Ensure actively participating in organizational cultural work in the unit and division
- Ensure the correct and complete implementation of organizational culture implementation plans; understand and apply consistently organizational cultural values, behavioral standards
5. Perform other duties as assigned by the Operational Risk Management Director
- At least 03 years of relevant work experience
Expertise:
- Extensive knowlegde of technology and digital risks, information systems, information security, information system review
- Extensive knowledge of banking information system landscape and banking business operation
- Understanding the TCB information systems and business operation
Qualifications:
- Having a university degree or higher on Information Technology, Information System, Information Security or equivalent
- English: TOEIC 500 or equivalent
- Having professional certification on IT risk, information security, Information system review
