*** EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT (60%):
- Independently plan, execute and build up ideas/concepts of all well-being & internal activities to attract high engagement of employees and promote company culture.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to understand business and ensure all internal communication and activities are well planned and integrated with business and teams’ plans.
- Improve the way we listen to, communicate, engage and motivate employees.
- Work closely with the Human Resources team to ensure engagement strategies are embedded in.
- Design and own the on-boarding and off-boarding experience.
- Design, implement, and analyze results of employee engagement surveys and other engagement initiatives, using outcomes to help drive organizational improvement.
- Manage all administrative logistics for recognition programs.
- Manage branding gifts and presents for holiday and employees' special occasions: birthday, maternity, work anniversary, etc.
- Monitor financial budgets for communication and engagement activity.
- Track and collect feedback for improvement.
*** EMPLOYER BRANDING (40%):
- Proactively propose and own the communication & advertising strategy and execution that help increase brand visibility/ awareness in a way that supports the employer brand strategy & recruitment needs.
- Launch community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter).
- Build a good rapport with the media, creative, social and other functions to design and monitor the deployment operation of the strategy or campaigns.
- Design posters, content and other necessary ad and material to support the events such as Career Fairs, Tech Summits, etc.
- Own surveys recognising the company as a best place to work.
- Build networks and associate in the tech industry and tech or tech-related enterprises.
*** The portrait of person that we’re looking for:
- At least 5 years experience in communication and events or relating areas, in which at least 2 years of relevant experience in the IT industry.
- Experience in digital marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Familiar with online platforms such as Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Medium, Instagram, Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.
- Experience in planning and organising events.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Vietnamese and English
- Great time management and attention to detail.
- Effective communication with members of all levels in a professional manner.
- Willingness to think outside of the box and present new ideas.
- Ability to use Abode or other graphic design and video making is a plus.
