Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend software development experience
• 3+ years of engineering team management experience
• Experience in implementing a Microservice Architecture
• Experience in domain-oriented technology design and implementation
• Experience in cloud services such as AWS and GCP
• Enjoy discussions about the stability and scalability of backend systems
• Have a positive personality and be active in everything
• Be able to motivate yourself and be thorough in self-management
• Ability to collaborate with other teams to define problems and find solutions
