Business/System Analysis 

• Work with stakeholders/key end-users to define the detailed business requirement, suggest ideas.
• Prepare the proposal on business enhancement as well as potential product development. 
• Provide consultation to user departments on how to utilize the technology advantage on job automation and/or revenue driver. 
• Analyze users' feedback to measure product's effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
• Act as the bridge between PM/PO/client and dev team (developers, testers, UI designer) to clarify requirement in both business and system analysis view.
• Work with QC to verify that all requirements of the system are fulfilled.
• Write testing scenarios for UAT, support UAT in testing, verifying bugs/issues with client.

Documentation & Communication 

• Prepare user requirement, workflow, corresponding business process flow, data store requirement, etc. for the development of systems or business processes.
• Discuss/communicate with key users/stakeholders to ensure the requirements fully documented and communicated properly. 

Data Analysis 

• Determine the requirement on data analysis to obtain solid proof on business/technology proposal. 
• Perform analysis and provide a justifiable conclusion. 

Program Rollout 

• Assist PM/PO to roll out new product/service. Such assistance may include project operations - training and coaching to user on how to use the application system, participating in User Acceptance Tes, etc.
