Tóm tắt công việc

Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care:

Design and develop advanced applications for the Java platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features
Identify and resolve bottlenecks, rectify bugs and improve application performance.
Create user and technical documentation
Mentor & train junior engineers in the team on adopting right engineering practices

Special bonus directly from customer:

Top 25% best performance have additional bonus up to 6 months salary / year
Top 50% performance have additional bonus up to 2 months salary / Year
Annual leave, working conditions follow Vietnam labor laws.

Salary review 2 times/year or on excellent performance

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements/ Desired skills and experience

Computer science, software engineering, information technology graduate, or similar.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in development with Java technology.
Experience of gathering requirements from end user
Ability to transform user requirements to system requirements
Ability to design the system that meets user requirements
Working Experience in J2EE platform in one of the following environments
Apache HTTP Server, JBoss Application Server, Oracle database
Relational databases like DB2, SQL Server, Oracle
Application servers like Websphere, Weblogic or equivalent
Familiar with: Open-source frameworks/technologies such as Spring, Angular, Node.JS, Hibernate, Apache Spark; Content/documents management, workflow/case management; DevSecOps and tools used.
Experience in integration with Mainframe system (Optional)
Deep understanding of Object Oriental Programming, Data Structures & Algorithms.
Experience with source code control systems such as SVN, CVS or Git.
Knowledge of security and experience in writing secure and efficient codes.
Experience in implementing & maintaining Continuous Integration and Deployment process.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Must have: Good English communication

Bonus points if:

Candidate has active Github and/or Stack Overflow profile.
Knowledge of the performance tools and optimization techniques.
Strong knowledge of patterns, and best practices.
