For one of our clients, TOG recruitment is looking for a Team Leader .NET to work in Hanoi. As such, you always will be working with the latest proven technologies in a state of the art office with an open environment. Our client is an international IT Staffing company, based in the Netherlands with offices located in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city. Established since 2005, they have successfully delivered services across Netherlands, Switzerland, Ireland, Japan and Asia Pacific. They fully embrace the Agile software engineering principles and use Scrum to manage their projects. They are also a Microsoft Gold-Certified partner and have extensive knowledge and capability in all areas of technology as well as different industries.

Their client is market leader in Belgium offering a fully digital payroll. Sophisticated software tools that work on a desktop, tablet and smartphone. They are looking to upgrade and expand their software in order to keep their top position in the market. Your presence at their office is expected from Monday to Wednesday. Thursday and Friday WFH.

• Ensure the smooth functioning of technical operations.

• Analyze and understand business and technical requirements.

• Able to make technical decisions and solve challenges.

• Responsibility for functional and technical areas in the solution.

• Able to manage and config servers.

• Code reviewing.
