Overview of job
- Working closely with Head of Product and BOD in all activities related to new fin-tech product development align with company's strategies.
- Contribute to technology strategy and roadmaps for product lines
- Be internal expert of Products/Services
- Elicit business and functional requirements from stakeholders
- Consult idea and write instructional documents for development team;
- Visualize the GUI: create prototype, wireframes, mockups/screens, data and process models.
- Ensure solutions are consistent with business objectives and strategy and company technology standards
- Verifying product quality; Support UAT in testing;
- Responsible for collaborating with other departments to monitor Manage relationships and collaborating with other departments including marketing, Business team, Technical team, Finance team, Operation, R&D…
- Up-to-date product trends, competitor’s products.
Job Requirement
1. Basic requirements:
Language: Proficient in English.
2. Qualification:
- Education quanlification: University degree or above.
- Experience & Skill:
- Good English communication
- Chinese communication skill is an advantage
- Self-motivated, fast learner and be extremely flexible and adaptable
- Problem solving skills; Have a ‘get-it-done’ entrepreneurial attitude
- Ability to think critically, analyze and solve problems with a strong attention to detail
- Open minded, customer focused, result-driven
- An understanding of Fin-tech or e-Payment is advantage
- Familiar to work with expat colleagues in regional office and other subsidiaries
- Base in Hanoi city and willing to travel within Vietnam/ oversea
- BA/MS degree preferably in Marketing/ Business Administration/Finance/IT/Telecommunications with broad knowledge in technologies used in fin-tech business is advantage
- Experience in full life-cycle of product development that includes idea generation, concept development, market assessment, product development, marketing and sale
- Experience with visualize tools Balsamiq, Visio, Axure… are strong advantages.
- Attitude: Be honest, proactive, enthusiastic at work and able to work under pressure.
- Other reqirements: An understanding of technology is an advantage.
