Job description

Overview of job

As a Pronto Developer AND Helpdesk Specialist, some aspects of your daily job requirements may include the following, however these are not limited to:

• Basically everything in pronto language
• Liase with our current developer to have tasks allocated to them and can hit the ground running with minimal training outside our organisations customisations
• Have an accounting background to solve GL/posting/transactional issues
• First and Second point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via channels deemed appropriate by the business, such as Phone, Email, CRM etc.
• Log all requests and resolutions into the chosen CRM System
• Preform remote resolutions via diagnostic techniques and pertinent questioning
• Determine a workaround to ensure uptime based on the details collected
• Enact long term resolution whilst workaround is in place
• Ensure users are “walked through” the problem solving process
• Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support
• Provide accurate, clear and factual advice on IT Products and services
• Ensure feedback is reported to management
• Actively identify and communicate possible improvements on procedures and systems
• Retail IT experience is beneficial

Job Requirement

**Excellent English skills (both written and spoken) are mandatory**

• Proven Experience in a similar role
• Tech Savvy understanding of computer systems, networks and mobile devices
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Proficient English, clear and excellent communication skills
• Customer Service focused and a cool temperament
