Overview of job
Duties
• Provide secretarial support to the CEO by handling correspondences, reports & documents, screening of incoming calls and visitors, setting meeting with various departments.
• Translate and interpret Japanese documents and meetings when being required.
• Manage and file documents.
• Other duties are assigned by CEO.
Job Requirement
Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor degree in the field of Law/Economics/Business Administration.
• At least 1 year experience in a similar capacity or administrative related.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Good command of Japanese (N3++).
• Proven communication English skill both orally and written.
• Must exhibit a high degree of professionalism and responsibility.
• Information security is a mandatory requirement.
• Profile picture is required in CV.
