Overview of job

Supporting users in IT technical issues in line with the company’s policies/processes. Helping ensuring the operability, reliability and security of the company’s information systems.

Point of contact for end users to provide support and maintenance within the organization’s desktop computing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all PC hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance.

Ensure proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end-user requests. Problem resolving may involve the use of diagnostic and request tracking tools, as well as request that the individual give in-person, hands-on help at the desktop level
Job Requirement
- At least 1 year in IT supporting/IT Helpdesk
- Good knowledge in PC and other IT devices’ hardware/software/connectivity, including Windows and Linux operating systems, good skills in analyzing, diagnosing and trouble-shooting issues
- Fair English; Speak and Write
- Basic knowledge in network, server, corporate web tool/application and telecommunications systems
- CCNA or MCSA Certificated is prepferable
