Overview of job
Business and functional analysis
- Gather business and system requirements from client
- Proactively communicate with clients to define requirements, suggest ideas, and provide solutions;.
Teamwork
- Communicate functional requirements to other members of the team;
- Work closely with the Project Engager to plan and breakdown the work into valuable deliverable for the client;
- Work closely with the QA team to ensure traceability between requirements and test cases.
Business Development
- Work for Business analysis: demands, portfolio, pricing, pre-sale/ pilots;
- Communicate with clients on innovations or improvements.
Methodology and Practice
- Defines, measures and optimizes Business Analysis methodology/ practice for onshore and offshore model;
- Raise any risks related to the customer relationship.

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English); French is a plus.
- Capable of drawing a workflow to explain how users work;
- Customer focused, strong team player, analytical and critical thinking, open-minded, pays attention to details, self-starter;
- Have the capabilities to drive and challenge clients on their assumptions about their business requirements and business process.
