Overview of job
- Contribute to the realization of customer projects in the area of automated warehouse and distribution solutions
- Customer specific configuration of our complex and mighty Warehouse Management Software SynQ
- Design and implementation of customer specific extensions and modifications for SynQ affecting back office processes, SQL database access, ERP system interaction, automation subsystem interaction and operator user interfaces
- Creation of Junit and intergration test
- Documentation of the solution and creation of user manuals
- Participation in the integration of our software with our hardware subsystems and the customer‘s systems at the customer side (worldwide)
- Close collaboration with our customers, our SynQ software teams in Germany and Switzerland and other departments during the projects.

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
- BS degree in computer science or similar education
- Several years of experience in Java software development and object oriented design
- Experience in working with JEE technologies: EJB, CDI, JMS, JPA and JFS
- Experience in writing Junit test
- Knowledge of the Java development tools world with Eclipse, Maven, Jenkins, Subversion
- Ideally experience in the area of intralogistics, warehouse managment systems and material flow system
- Excellent English knowledge, written and spoken
- Team player with solution oriented working style
- Willingness to travel
