Overview of job
- Coordinate with QC Engineers to design and execute tests
- Analyze testing results and report to Project Manager, General Manager
- Plan and schedule testing activities
- Monitor and track test tasks
- Update report Status
- Manage QC resources
- Mentor and provide guidance to QC resources
- Recruit and train Associate/QC Engineers
- Search for new tools/technologies, evaluate them & apply for projects

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
- Have at least 5-year-experience in software quality control management or managing software development processes
- Have good knowledge in testing methodologies, testing process, quality models, standards
- Strong knowledge in software development processes, especially audit/review
- Have good general knowledge in Database, Networking and Operating system
- Have good organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
- Fluency in English
