Overview of job
- Assistant Director to manage Technical and company System.
- Support Director to prepare report for Meeting: Weekly, Monthly, others follow request from BOD.
- Checking all document before submit to Director.
- Assist the Director in directing, monitoring, developing and implementing the company's program and plan.
- Communicate the information related to the job requirements from the director to departments or any specific staff.
- Coordinate with other departments to implement and complete the work.
- Translator
- Perform other duties as required by the Board of Directors.
Job Requirement
- Graduated from University or above: IT, Technology . Prefer candidates graduted from international university or oversea university
- Active, good health, good appearance
- Ability to train and give presentations
- Ability to analyze, synthesize and report
- Fluent in English is a must
- Strong excel, calculation and report writing skills
- Experience: At least 2 years
- Candidate with IT background will be preferred.
- Preferred candidates can start job as soon as possible
