For one of our clients, TOG recruitment is looking for a PHP Teamleader to work with a young and innovative team in Ho Chi Minh city. As such, you always will be working with the latest proven technologies in a state of the art office with an open environment. Our client offers training programs to improve your skills even further.

You will work closely together with partners outside Vietnam and will join one of the SCRUM development cycles. Daily stand up video conferences will be part of the job. Therefor English training courses are provided to improve English communication skills.

- Lead our development team
- Code yourself with the team and review codes and make sure they match to coding standard
- Continuously suggest advanced technical solutions you want to try to make this product best
- Work with product owner very closely to make sure each other opinions are aligned
- Lead planning meeting in every sprint with product owner
- Analyze user stories and break down them to tasks together with your developers
- Make sure team delivers on time in every release
- Train and coach your team members to continuously improve the team's standards.

- Have about 5 years experience work with PHP
- Have experiences with CMS: Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal etc
- Knowledge of Javascript and its libraries and frameworks like jQuery, angular, node.js
- Advanced English communication and good interpersonal skills
- Plus: Have experience in developing eCommerce websites (Prestashop, Woocomerce, Opencart,... )
- Plus: experience using mobile development frameworks such as Titanium

- Careful, highly organized and self-learning attitude.
- Transparent in knowledge and communication.
- Soft skills: team player, not afraid to provide feedback to colleagues and clients etc.
- Good at written and verbal English skills
