· Create and define test scenarios
· Review test scenarios with relevant teams
· Work with developers to improve automation testing
· Take part in the development of in-house test frameworks
· Improve efficiency and effectiveness of automation testing
· Identify, analyze and report test results
· Report, track, and monitor defects in the defect tracking system
· Investigate defect reports from production support and isolate their causes
· Prepare test documentation and review with development team
· Work closely with development team to design testing strategies
· Work on the interpretation of quality assurance issues and problems for technical and non-technical users

. Able to perform effectively & independently and mentor others in software automation testing.
. Has experience in developing test automation for mobile web and application.
. Able to perform work mostly independently with client QA lead to provide automation “service” for projects.
. Knowledge of software automation testing methodology.
. Good knowledge of software development process, especially software testing process is a plus.
. Experience with testing web-based applications & healthcare domain is a plus.
. More than 5 years of experience in the testing career with 3 years of experience in automation testing.
. Experience in creating and implementing automation test strategies and detailed automation test plans.
