Overview of job
- Tiếp nhận YCTHHĐ từ kinh doanh/ khách hàng;
- Chuyển giao thông tin đến bộ phận kỹ thuật liên quan để giải quyết các vấn đề của khách hàng;
- Theo dõi đến khi dịch vụ được triển khai hoàn tất;
- Thực hiện các công việc hành chính liên quan đến việc triển khai các dịch vụ
Job Requirement
- Tốt nghiệp CĐ CNTT, ĐH CNTT, Viễn thông, Hệ thống thông tin
- Giao tiếp rõ ràng, dễ nghe, năng động.
- Cứng rắn (phân công điều phối người khác)
- Tiếng Anh: Toeic ( >500 )
- Ưu tiên cho các ứng viên có kinh nghiệm giao tiếp, nhập liệu, thành thạo Microsoft office (work, excel)
