SecuTix, a member of the ELCA group, is THE LEADING European Startup Company delivering SaaS-cloud based Ticketing Engagement Platform. We have offices in Switzerland, Vietnam, France, UK, Spain and Germany. In response to our growth, we are looking for the Data Analyst to join our talented team.
You are in the Customer Success team, processing the data transformations necessary to onboarding new customers with frequent communication with the Swiss teams:
- Understand Secutix data model, business logic and customer data
- Transform and remodel customer data to Import and export to/from Secutix in accordance with Business needs
- Have high speed Interactions with our global team in Vietnam and with the sales and onboarding teams in Switzerland, Spain, France, England.
- Aggregate data to build and maintain custom reports
- Analyze and develop customer reports based on domain or database
- Document your work and participate to process docs and implementation
- Research, diagnose, record, and analyse Customer issues with accurate solutions.

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong experience with SQL/PLSQL (advanced level), Oracle, SSRS,
- Report Builder, Excel, Analysis skills, Testing skills
- Fluent English for day to day communications with European colleagues
- Excellentcommunicationskillsandflexibility
- Detail oriented, Organized, Social, Curious, Accurate
- Come from a developer background
- Fluent French or German is a nice to have
