Job description
Overview of job
- Installing, configuring & maintaining computer hardware operating systems (servers, computers, laptops, printers…etc).
- In charge of security of all systems especially internal data storage, manage back up data.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults, installing antivirus protection, fixing network faults... etc.
- Daily admin and monitoring of network use, technical support for people using the network and supervising help desk staff.
- Providing support, including other documentary and technical supports.
- Planning future improvements, suggesting IT upgrade solutions to Local Line Managers.
- Other tasks as assigned by Local Project Managers, Local Line Manager.
Job Requirement
- College/ University Degree in IT and/or Telecommunications.
- MCSE, CCNP Certificate is a plus.
- Experience two years in IT support Hardware/Software/Network and familiar with all IT things.
- Able to explain technical problems in a simple way, team player, flexible attitude and reliable.
- Good at English Communication.
