Edgeworks is a German software research and development company

Location: Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City

Working hour: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (including 1,5 hour lunch & rest break) + Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Work on the AWS Cloud, using Docker containers as key technology for Micro-Services hosting and management, responsible to ensure 99.99% uptime of our production environment.
• Team members build new Micro-Services using various open source technologies/solutions, dockerize the services to be ready to work with on development environment as well as deploy to production environment.
• Develop new features and modules for various open source platforms and improve them.
• Build simple tools/scripts for fully automated deployment of complex environments.
• Generate an understanding documentation of our build, development and production environments, and our Continuous Delivery Solution.
• Contribute to architecting, designing, building first class scalable web infrastructure solutions.
• Be prepared to constantly learn the new and ever evolving architecture

• Strong background in Linux based infrastructure administration (Ubuntu, CentOS)
• Experience with Docker containers, microservice architecture, automated deployment and management of containerized applications.
• Full-stack programming experience in PHP, Python, Go, NodeJS, ReactJS, Blade, or the like.
• Experience with non-relational databases like MongoDB, Redis, and relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Practice implementation experience of Continuous Integration and Deployment from development to production.
• Knowledge of networking, firewalls, load balancers etc.
• Good English skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• You have a passion for both sysadmin and scripting, coding.

Advantages:

• Knowledge of common configuration management and deployment tools (Ansible, Terraform)
• Knowledge of common CI/CD systems such as GitLab-CI/CD, Teamcity, Jenkins.
