Overview of job
- Làm việc với khách hàng ghi nhận và thu thập thông tin sự cố. Liên hệ và làm việc với hãng để xử lý.
- Báo cáo nghiên cứu / tìm hiểu về giải pháp theo chủ đề Team leader đưa ra.
- Được đào tạo kiến thức quản trị hệ thống. Có cơ hội được tham gia đào tạo giải pháp tại nước ngoài.
Job Requirement
- Bằng cấp: Cao đẳng/Đại học CNTT trở lên. Ưu tiên bưu chính viễn thông và khoa học tự nhiên nhưng không giới hạn.
- Một số yêu cầu kiến thức:
- Hiểu biết về system cơ bản: hệ điều hành Linux, windows, network TCP/IP. Ưu tiên biết về SIP/H323, VoIP các hệ call center như Asterisk, Avaya.
- Hiểu biết về lập trình cơ bản: Java, C#, Restful API, SOAP, socket programing.
- Tiếng Anh đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật tốt, nghe nói cấp trung. Ưu tiên có TOEIC 500 trở lên hoặc tương đương.
- Nếu là sinh viên mới ra trường, yêu cầu ứng viên mô tả một đề tài / tiểu luận mà mình ấn tượng nhất.
